Desert Oasis Software Company specializes in database programming for businesses, in particular, environmental and agricultural laboratories. We use SoftVelocity's Clarion 5.5 and 6.1 for our programming. The Clarion compiler creates relational database programs that can be relied on for accurate and rapid retrieval of your information in the format you require. Our current customer list includes major land grant universities here in the States, full service agricultural laboratories, DHIA labs, and composting consultants.

Our major product is a LIMS package, the Agri-labs Information Systems software package. Current version is 2.4 a. This is software for laboratories and consultants, that logs in samples and records test results for those soil samples, plant tissue samples, water, compost, manure, feeds/forage/milk and fertilizer samples. It then helps the farmer/rancher by making recommendations for improving his crop (based on the accumulated knowledge of the lab personnel), how to improve his herd, or finish his composting effort. It is used by your public works and health district to determine whether the water is safe to drink or for use as irrigation water. 2 different Internet Interfaces allow controlled and encrypted access via the Internet for clients or lab personnel.
